Generous and delicious breakfast, plenty of options available. Contemporary, newly remodelled room, good Wi-Fi. Location - excellent and perfect just next door to all the main sights and National Park or town centre. Also, very close to everything in Killarney.

The venue was overall clean and the stuff where knowledgeable and easy going. The location was particularly good and perfect, for example, National Park was just a short stroll away from the hotel. What's more, it was right by Castle Lodge in the future, and the downtown. The overall atmosphere was COSY, but some staff members were not very friendly.
The bed was a little hard, that's sad thing.

The staff was amazing friendly and excellent and the place was perfectly clean. The unit we got was well heated and large with WiFi. Really enjoyed a delicious breakfast at 09.45. The location was incredible and wonderful - short walk to the Killarney National Park which begins less than 3Km away. Plus, our hotel was located 2 km from tourist attractions like a historical Roman Catholic church.

We had a great time staying in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the city center. It was so convenient to be close to everything - shops, restaurants, and pubs. Plus, the hotel was just a short walk away from the beautiful lakes, which was a bonus. The room we had was well-appointed and clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We couldn't have asked for more.
The only downside was that the Wi-Fi wasn't working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient as we relied on the internet for planning our daily activities.
